Shipping & delivery
How long does the order take to arrive?
Orders placed by 3pm leave the same business day. CTT Standard delivers in 2–3 business days, CTT Express in 24h. Same-day available for Lisbon and Porto (€9.90, orders by 12pm).
Where is my order?
You get an email with CTT tracking as soon as it leaves our warehouse. You can also check in your account.
Can I choose a pickup point?
Yes. Over 2,500 CTT points across Portugal. More discreet and costs just €2.90.
How much is shipping?
CTT Standard €3.90 (free over €49). Express €5.90. Pickup point €2.90.
Returns & exchanges
Can I return it if I don't like it?
Yes. You have 30 days to return, no questions asked. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Is there a cost to return?
No. You send us the product with the free CTT label we provide.
How long until I get my refund?
Within 5 business days of the product arriving at the warehouse. Refunded to the same payment method.
For hygiene reasons…
Some products aren't eligible for return for intimate hygiene reasons (e.g. opened products). We always state this clearly on the product page.
Payments
Which methods do you accept?
MB Way (phone notification), Multibanco (reference valid 7 days), Visa/Mastercard/Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal.
Is it safe to pay online here?
Yes. We don't store your card details. All payments are processed by certified gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Ifthenpay).
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. MB Way lets you pay in 3 interest-free instalments up to €750.
Do I get an invoice with my tax number?
Yes. Enter your tax number (NIF) at checkout and we send an electronic invoice. Invoices certified by the tax authority (AT).
Packaging & privacy
What is the packaging like?
A neutral brown cardboard box. No logo, no markings on the outside. It looks like any other CTT parcel.
And on my bank statement?
The description is only "MN Loja Online". There's nothing identifying the type of store.
Can the courier see what it is?
No. Not even the person delivering it.
Is my data stored?
Only the minimum required, under GDPR. We don't sell data to third parties. Read the full policy.
