These terms govern the use of the site and purchases at Meia Noite. By buying, you accept these conditions. They are written in plain language.
1. Who we are
The store is operated by MeiaNoite, Lda., tax number (NIPC) 513 626 409, headquartered in Lisbon. Contact: [email protected].
2. Minimum age
The site is intended exclusively for people aged 18 or over. By entering and buying, you declare that you are 18 or older.
3. Products and prices
- Prices include VAT at the legal rate in force.
- We strive to show accurate images and descriptions; minor colour variations may occur.
- We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors, notifying you before processing the order.
4. Orders
The contract is considered formed when you receive the order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or stock shortage (with a full refund).
5. Payment, shipping and returns
The conditions set out in Payments and Shipping & returns apply.
6. Warranty
Products carry the statutory warranty of conformity applicable to consumers.
7. Governing law
Portuguese law applies. Consumer disputes may be submitted to the competent arbitration centre (see Livro de Reclamações).
