We work with specialised partners who ship items directly to you, always in neutral packaging. Here we explain how it works, the timeframes and how to return — no fine print.
How we ship
Meia Noite works with specialised partners and suppliers who dispatch items directly from their warehouses to your address. We don't keep our own warehouse — and that's an advantage: you get more choice, with the same discretion as always.
Whoever dispatches it, the order always travels in 100% neutral packaging, with no branding or description of the contents. Learn more about discreet packaging.
Delivery times
Times are counted in business days and split into two phases — preparation and transit:
- Preparation: 1 to 3 business days for the partner to confirm and dispatch the order.
- Transit to mainland Portugal: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
- Islands (Azores and Madeira): usually add another 2 to 4 business days.
In total, allow around 4 to 10 business days for mainland Portugal. You receive the tracking code by email as soon as the parcel leaves.
These times are estimates based on our partners' lead times and may vary with the carrier, the time of year and your location. If anything takes longer than expected, write to us at [email protected] and we'll sort it out.
Separate shipments
As we work with more than one supplier, an order with items from different partners may arrive in several parcels, at different times and with separate tracking. That's normal — it doesn't mean anything is missing. Each shipment comes with its own tracking notification.
Shipping costs
- Shipping: €3.99 per order.
- Free over €49.
- No "handling" fees and no surprises at checkout.
Returns — 30 days
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused and sealed item, with no need to give a reason.
- Write to [email protected] with your order number.
- We coordinate the return with you and send the instructions and the correct address (which may be that of the partner who dispatched the item).
- We refund to the same payment method within 14 days of the item being received.
For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate items that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Faulty item
If something arrives damaged or fails within warranty, we handle the exchange or full refund — shipping on us. Just talk to us at [email protected].
